Hiring & Recruitment For The Village of Whiting Fire & Rescue
Whiting Fire and Rescue currently has openings for citizens who wish to serve as paid-on-call firefighters with the Department. Opportunities also exist for personnel who wish to serve only as hazardous materials team members.
Additional Information:
All training and equipment is paid for. Hourly wages vary depending upon position.
The Department regularly meets on the second and last Mondays of each month at 7:00 p.m.

An application can be obtained by picking one up at the Village Clerk's Office,
printing a copy, submitting it electronically, or by emailing the Chief at whitingfd@charter.net.
